Victorian sailors Anton and Julian Sasson have finished second at the International Cadet Worlds in Puck, Poland, followed by Tasmanian sailors Alec and Samantha Bailey.

Eleven races were completed in all with sailors experiencing a variety of conditions over the championship. The Polish National Champions took the World title sailing on home waters with an impressive score line including six bullets, finishing on 14 points. The Sasson brothers finished on 39 points which included a first and three seconds.

Fellow Australians Ella Connor and Hannah Chadwick finished in ninth place on 132 points closely followed by Ian Lee and Alex Brzoska in 10th on 136 points and Sandringham Yacht Club pair Isabella Say and Ben Brill in 11th on 139 points.
